Enrolling at Soquel High School You must enroll at Soquel High as we are a different district – Santa Cruz City Schools Fill out and complete all four forms Enrollment form (Blue) Freshmen Course Requests (Green) Student Health History (Green) Home Language Survey (White) Signatures required on ALL forms
