8. Director of nursing services-reports to Medical Director Responsible for the provision of the optimum standard nursing services and activities in the hospital. Delegate responsibility and authority to appropriate nursing staff. Ensure effective communication within the nursing service and with other departments. Manages and directs the activities of the nursing services department to carry out the objectives of the organization in providing quality health care to patients and participating in community and governmental health programs.
