Know responsibilities of job. View rejection as opportunity to reassess and reaffirm your qualifications, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.

Why should I hire you? What are your future career plans? What did you like most about your last job? What did you like least? Why did you leave your last job? Do you have questions?

Maintain eye contact. Lean forward in chair to show enthusiasm. Talk with pride about your accomplishments. Sell yourself.

Video Interviewing Basics Consider six factors: #1 Be articulate. #2 Practice. #3 Pretend to talk to someone. #4 Dress professionally and conservatively (solid colors work best). #5 Communicate with enthusiasm. #6 Do not exaggerate movements.
