3 Timelines Project started in late 2011 with vendor “Site Marketing” doing the design work (Field Input was used in design) Portal Coding began in Q1FY13, completed in Q3FY13 Portal Testing Phase (Q3FY13-Q4FY13) Portal Content is manually transferred to mCMS database system (Q2FY13-Q1FY14) Soft Launch in Q1 FY14 (Old & New Portal run concurrently) Full Launch of new blueWire Portal in Q2 FY14
