Goals and Objectives: Fulfill the basic requirements of NC PMI VP Communications and Technology Roles and responsibilities. This year I worked with the board to get approval for standardizing social media tools for look and feel, and made redesigned social media tools available to our members. Since then we have seen significant improvement in social media engagement and followers for NCPMI. I would like to leverage Internet and Communication Technologies (ICT) to improve engagement and collaboration with members. Introduce mobile applications to improve member engagement, reminders, and alerts. Review and implement continuous improvement process, based on feedback from members. This includes communication mode, communication frequency, and include social media technologies like Facebook, twitter, and Linked-in. Implement newer technologies for faster check-in and check out process and automatic reporting of PDUs for members.
