BEST Program Structure  Start of School Year Orientation  12 hours of professional learning  Weekly Mentor Support  Attend 2 regional PGP network meetings  Observations by mentor  Observations of peers/mentor  Attend mentor academy  Meet with mentee weekly  Attend PGP meetings with mentee  Assist mentee in development of PGP  Be observed by mentee per design  Observe mentee to provide formative feedback
