FLEXIBILITY ON s106 Saffron Square and Island House Saffron Square 755 homes for private sale and rent by Berkeley Homes Affordable housing requirement reduced and deferred on condition of binding start on site and completion dates. Island House 182 homes for private sale by Regency Homes Affordable housing requirement reduced on condition of binding start on site and completion dates.

BRIDGING FUNDING GAPS Lennard Lodge 26 Affordable Homes from ex NHS Building by Family Mosaic Supported by GLA Grant but RP had genuine FUNDING GAP Council bridges gap to enable scheme to be viable and 100% affordable units
