5. Make sure all the information located in this top section is correct, especially the room number and the phone number so the technician will know where to provide the assistance. If they information is incorrect, make a note of the correct room number and phone number in the area provided below to record the problem. Record your problem in this area. Be as specific as possible, this will help the technician when he arrives to your classroom. This section is to help direct your problem to the correct department. To select a department, click on the down arrow and pick the option that best fits your problem. If you aren’t sure which option to select then leave “HSS-Other” selected.

6. Entering Heat Tickets via the Web After everything is filled out, click on “submit”. If the form was submitted, there will be a number in the top left hand corner above the form. This is the reference number for the problem. Use this reference number anytime you are contacting the help desk about the specific problem.
