8. Please add any additional comments you have about the partnership between your agency and Pupil Support at Clydebank High School Very easy to work with. Team very approachable and share relevant information. Good communication between school and nursing team. I receive appropriate information to assist me with my planned care. The team appear to put the needs of the child in the centre of their actions and plans recommended by GIRFEC.

9. Having worked very closely with the Pastoral Care Team in Clydebank High School over a number of years now, I am always impressed with the commitment of the team to partnership working with external agencies. With my role as a project assistant, I work closely with the pupil support staff. The staff are very informative and very supportive of the service we provide.

10. I feel there is a very good relationship between CBH staff and my agency. My contact with CHS would normally be with SfL staff concerning CfE levels of work for pupils who attend the Hub supported study club. I have spent time liaising with the staff from this school and have found them to be helpful, well informed and dedicated to supporting young people who attend the school.

11. We have always had a good relationship with Clydebank High staff since the project started 5 years ago not only at individual case level but also through support on our monthly meetings with appropriate school staff. We hope this can continue. Thank you.
