2.  refers to creations of the mind: ◦ inventions, ◦ literary and artistic works, ◦ symbols, names, images, ◦ designs used in commerce

6.  According to this Act, copyright registration is voluntary and not obligatory in Bangladesh.  establishes evidence of ownership in case of copyright disputes.
