1. Action Plan Key Points Name- Frances Bulathsinghala Country – Sri Lanka 1. Looking at a media initiative that links print media content with a radio talk show looking at development and grass root level people representation.

2. Action Plan Key Points Looking at ten post conflict literary narratives focused on peace and reconciliation in Sri Lanka to be done between August and December 2013.

3. Action Plan Key Points Examining the possibility of working on a long term inter-ethnic, inter-cultural Mural Arts program in Sri Lanka in collaboration with diverse Sri Lankan institutions and in collaboration with the Philadelphia Mural Arts program.
