Marta Rolak, Nature Publishing Group, 7 th December 2010 Widget wish list Widgets can facilitate research in many ways: They can be purely scientific, i.e. DNA sequence manipulation tools, or they can help make everyday life easier, i.e. time zone converters. 1 2 3 Time converter to correctly set up conference calls with colleagues in distant labs Apps that facilitate sharing documents, i.e. SlideShare, Google Docs To do list – to remind scientists to make brilliant discoveries RSS readers 4
