8. 8 Analysis and Usability Section EERE has posted a large amount of new content in the Analysis and Usability section: eere.energy.gov/communicationstandards/analysis_usability.html The new content includes: An introduction to User-Centered Design (UCD) A PDF full of best practices for many kinds of UCD projects Optional example templates that show what kind of content you might collect or record during UCD projects.
