2 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Priority #1 Meeting Development Goal: Increase meeting attendance by 10% over prior year. Base line attendance is 102 attendees in 2012-13 program year. 2013 – 2014 – 112 total attendees 2014 – 2015 – 123 total attendees 2015 – 2016 – 136 total attendees Point of Arrival: Focus Group meetings are held that include Senior Staff, Lunch & Learn, Membership Drive, Certification Groups

3 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Priority #2 Develop Marketing Toolkits Goal: Creation/maintenance of two kits per year. 2013 – 2014 Goal: New Member & Certified Member Kits Future Kits to be determined by needs Point of Arrival: Marketing toolkits are available for all specified areas

4 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Priority #3 Instructor Development Goal: Develop 3 active instructors that participate in the Instructor Development Program (2 active and 1 backup instructor) 2013 – 2014 – have one instructor 2014 – 2015 – have two instructors 2015 – 2016 – have three instructors Point of Arrival: Be able to offer all required courses that are demanded by the marketplace and be limited by instructors

5 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Priority #4 Create a Repository for all Chapter Records Goal: Create a repository in a Back Office portion of the website to store all chapter Documents (i.e. Bylaws, Constitution, Mission, Minutes of Meetings) Point of Arrival: Creation of Back Office on Website that contains Chapter history and shared documents. Creation of procedure for updating documents

6 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Priority #5 CBAR Planning Goal: Review of CBAR status at all board meetings Point of Arrival: A director of Awards and CBAR is appointed per the bylaws to review and maintain process by end of 2016.
