Professionalism: It's in every aspect of your life. It's holding yourself to a certain standard.
13
Everything you do must be done with conviction because professionalism means your actions have a ripple effect.
14
Professionalism means having character.
15
We can become great in the eyes of others, but we'll never become successful when we compromise our character and show disloyalty toward friends or teammates.
16
The reverse is also true:
17
No individual or team will become great with out loyalty.
18
Build for your team a feeling of oneness, of dependence on one another, and of strength to be derived by unity.
19
Kindness makes for much better teamwork.
20
The achievements of an organization are the result of the combined effort of each individual.
21
If everyone is moving forward together, then the success takes care of itself.
22
Working together is essential for success; even freckles would make a nice tan if they would get together.
23
Nothing is so contagious as enthusiasm.
24
A committed team can overcome obstacles by pulling together and combining their individual strengths.
25
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.
26
Successful teamwork requires doing lots of unspectacular little things, constant attention to the details, building one-on-one relationships; following up on commitments and an obsessive concern for communicating information.
