For this the Principal takes the primary role of gaining the latest knowledge and conveying to students having them participate to bring out their talents. Principals also help the management by budgeting efficiently and by maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Thus the smooth and efficient operation of an educational institution lies in the hands of the Principal.
