Saves money for both ODOT and Industry. GPS and Geo-fencing. Software produces the tax report. Direct payment of taxes. Expand to pay other fees and track miles traveled in other states.

Hybrids – Significantly raise the MPG. Electric – No fuel taxes paid. Start-Stop Technology – Raises the MPG by limiting idling time. US DOE $750,000,000 loan to Severstal North America to develop lighter metal, hopes to save 30 million gallons of gasoline per year. Trailer skirts becoming a common sight.
12
Natural Gas trucks are also becoming more common on the roadways. Large fleets being purchased by major carriers. To track all these vehicles we now have….
13
We now have: Real Time Vehicle Tracking! Drivers receive automatic uploads of destination, fueling stops, and even service locations directly to GPS devices! Company receive alerts on speeding, excessive idling, and even when a truck is moving after hours!
14
What’s next on the Horizon? Nevada currently allows driverless vehicles on the highways! What?
15
Google has self driving cars running across NV. Over 190,000 test miles have now been completed! http://news.discovery.com/autos/how-google- self-driving-car-works-111018.html
