DO NOW: On Friday we talked about energy transfers from the seed to the MWB. Today, I am asking for you to think of energy TRANSFORMATIONS from the bug to 1) its environment, 2) its predators, and 3) (think of your own). …………………………….. Left Side Activity: Pick 2 new vocab words from class or from the text about MWBs to make Vocab cards with. Vocab Cards “Meeting” Tape a paper strip and fold it in half length-wise, making a “door”. On the inner flap, write a NEW vocab word of your choice. On the outer flap, write a riddle – a clue that is not obvious. You can make it clever and poetic with rhyming if you’d like. 1.What do you call a celebrity who is not out and about? 2.A bright mass of gas in space that is trendy 3. “grade” levels for baby MWBs Word: Instar cover inside For Exceeding: take 2 vocab words and do a Venn diagram of how they are the same and different on the inside
