UNCLASSIFIED 4 August 2008 Flooding has caused destruction, crops, roads, bridges Initial reports - at least 75 persons reported dead “Thousands” displaced Through August, Royal Government of Cambodia - National Committee for Disaster Management and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces - provincial and municipal officials, and in-country personnel and assets of UN relief agencies and other international agencies have provided relief in most areas.
