12 FINANCE Budget: €800,000 over 3 years Grant: €600,000 (75% of the budget) Direct costs:Travel/subsistence: €308,000 Administrative staff costs: €218,000 Edinburgh (Central coordination + 6 WPs ) €143,000 Other WP centres (4) €75,000 Sub-contracting, consultancy, web services etc: €30,000 Indirect costs (7%):€44,000 Matched funding €200,000 over 3 years – time-sheets, self-funding, any other sources

13 FINANCE (2) – travel etc Grant of €308,000. Average grant ~ €500 per person per meeting 3 Network AGMs with 80 funded delegates = (€120,000) 3 Executive meetings with 12 funded delegates (€18,000) Remainder (€170,000) to fund 1 meeting per annum of each Development WP team separate from the AGM - €24,300 per DWP in total, €8,100 per meeting - thus ~12 funded delegates per meeting.
