Charter Amendment Resolution Charter Amendment Resolution (2 nd & 3rd reading) - adding new clauses to Section 82A of the City Charter to provide 1) the option to publish a summary Notice of Sale rather than a full Notice of Sale; 2) the option to publish said Notice of Sale in full or summary form once rather than twice; and 3) the option to use electronic means to provide a full Notice of Sale rather than by means of traditional publication.

Ordinance Ordinance (1st reading) - amending the City Code to provide for certain changes to the purchasing policy, and amending Rule 9 of the Rules and Regulations for the Government of the City Council to raise the limit for purchases requiring approval by formal Order from $15,000 to $25,000.

14. Order Order accepting the sole source proposal from The EADS Group for professional services associated with the selective demolition of buildings located on the Memorial Hospital Campus in an amount not to exceed $175,000.

15. Order Order accepting the sole source proposal from Cellebrite, USA to provide upgraded forensic equipment and related software and warranties for use by the C3I Department in an amount not to exceed $8,081.99, to be funded by Federal Forfeiture Funds.

16. Order accepting the sole source proposal from KONE, Inc. to remove from service nine (9) traction elevators and one (1) dumbwaiter at the Memorial Campus in an amount not to exceed $26,743.00 plus applicable taxes. Order

Order Order approving a 3-year water/sewer credit of up to $54,000 to the YMCA Riverside Recreation Center in exchange for parks and recreation services, 20 YMCA memberships for City Police, 10 YMCA memberships for City Firefighters, 15 Senior Memberships for seniors at JFK Apartments or Queen City Towers, and lifeguard re-certification for 10 lifeguards.
