12 Laura* joined our Rock Ferry group with a CO reading of 25ppm and was a heavily dependent smoker smoking 20+ cigarettes a day. She has now quit for over 20 weeks and has had a lovely healthy baby. She says; ‘I have found the MeTime Stop Smoking group very good as I have managed to completely stop smoking. At first I found it difficult to deal with not smoking as it had become a habit after 8 years. My first quit date was unsuccessful but I gave it another go 2 days later and found it a lot easier with the patches. After 3 weeks I found I was able to come off the patches and have been fine on my own. Sammy and Amy have been brilliant throughout this whole process and I would recommend this group to all my friends and family!.’ Testimonials

13 Diane* struggled to give up her cigarettes in the first few weeks at our group but she used 16 hour patched to help her and is now nearing her due date, over 20 weeks quit, no longer using NRT, and confident she will never smoke again. She says; ‘I found the MeTime club extremely useful and had full support throughout the course. Not only was I able to stop smoking but I also enjoyed getting to know new people and learnt a lot of things I didn’t know already such as healthy eating, exercises and stress management. I really wish the course went on for longer as I will miss coming every week.’ Testimonials
