2 What is tetanus? Maternal and neonatal tetanus is a silent killer affecting babies and mothers Every 9 minutes a new born baby dies from neonatal tetanus

3 What has Unicef done so far? Unicef is working hard to provide tetanus vaccines. One vaccine costs just 4p Unicef has successfully eliminated this killer disease in many countries.

4 What still needs to be done? In 24 countries, babies and mothers are still in danger These are often people living in extreme poverty

5 How is your school Head helping? Your school Head is taking part in the HMC Chariots of Fire Run Heads in this group are each aiming to raise £1,125 to protect 25,000 children from tetanus All together, the Heads in the race are hoping to raise enough money to protect 6.25m children from tetanus
