Company Summary Barnhart Community Development Division is a new company which provides professional design/build and consulting services for clients which manage, maintain, and plan for retirement communities and assisted living facilities. Our focus will be developments occurring in Southern California with potential for growth across the Southwest portion of the United States.

Services to be provided Barnhart community development division will work in coordination with Sunwest Management Inc and act as project manager in the development of assisted living facilities We will acquire the land; handle all zoning and permitting requirements, engineer layout of the community with all required infrastructure, and design the building to meet all codes and any additional requirements of the residents
