Turn on by pressing button once.

When you get to your age, stop.

Next enter your height in feet and inches. Use the arrows to Go up and down.

Now take off your socks and shoes.

After you press set, five “8s” will appear. Do not step on while the 8s are there.

When the 0.0 appears, step on and wait.

The weight will appear first at the top. Stay on until the body fat percent number appears at the bottom.

The body fat percent will appear at the bottom. Stay on until the body fat percent number appears at the bottom.
