7 Questions for consideration  Given the coaching call is conducted with a Foundation employee, what is the grantee voice if there is disagreement on suggested outcomes or indicators?  Does the power dynamic restrict the grantee from truly asking the questions that would most benefit their organization, particularly if those questions are not of interest to the Foundation?  Does the evaluation TA actually improve evaluation design? Grantee reporting?  To what extent are grantees building (and measuring) evaluation capacity through this “low-touch” evaluation coaching approach?  Given the coaching call is conducted with a Foundation employee, what is the grantee voice if there is disagreement on suggested outcomes or indicators?  Does the power dynamic restrict the grantee from truly asking the questions that would most benefit their organization, particularly if those questions are not of interest to the Foundation?  Does the evaluation TA actually improve evaluation design?
