4 Preparation  Outline and/or sketch slides before creating PowerPoint  Create slides on PowerPoint  Proof read slides for errors  Prepare notes for presentation- (brief keywords and phrases)

5 Preparation - Outline 1 - 2 minutes per slide 8-10 Minute Presentation  Title Slide (1 min.)  Main Characters (2 min.)  Setting (1-2 min.)  Conflict (1-2 min.)  Prediction (1-2 min.)  Words that Summarize Story and Explanation of Each (2 min.)  Theme (1 min.)

18 Performance Explain each slide. Give a clear and concise summary, then stop. Don’t go overtime. Ever.
