5 6 7 What to do next? 5)To register additional entries for this member. 6)To change to a different family member and register their entries. IMPORTANT - Once you submit the invoice you cannot add additional entires UNTIL the office has approved your prior invoice. You are able to log into FairEntry but you will not be able to add additional entires until the approval/ rejection is made. If a project has been rejected you will receive an email with explanation. NOTE: If you submit an invoice after the closing hours of the office on the due date, the staff cannot approve until they come in the next day, any additions at this point would have to be entered by the staff and would be considered LATE ENTRIES. DO NOT WAIT TILL THE DEADLINE TO ENTER EXHIBITS! Green Clover Age - Birthdate 7)Registration should be completed for ALL members in your family to “Continue to Payment”.

Continue to Payment We do not require payment to enter exhibits in the fair. ( We are seeing this because other states require it. ) You will notice that the amount is $0.00 and no type of payment will be ask for. Follow through the steps and submit. Again note, you will not be able to add additional exhibits until your invoice is approved by the office. List of entries for this invoice only. After you submit the invoice and you decide to come back and ad more entries this will show only the entries you made at that time.

You have just completed your invoice. Click to “Sign out”. 1 If you were to click on “Visit Dashboard” this is what you will see. This also happens to be the screen you will see if you log-in into FairEntry before your invoice has been approved. Status – has not yet been approved by manager. When you see tabs for Summary & Details The screen will show the “Summary”. Click on “Details” and the area will change to show you the entries that were included on the invoice. (Example on slide 21.)

This is the screen you will get when you log-in to FairEntry after you had signed out before submitting the invoice. It is waiting to “Continue work on this”. This is a summary of any open invoice that needs to be completed. You can click on the detail tab to show the details of the invoice. To continue with the invoice click on “Continue work on this”. Past invoices submitted. This is a summary of any open invoice that needs to be completed. You can click on the detail tab to show the details of the invoice. To continue with the invoice click on “Continue work on this”. How many exhibitors and entries have been approved. The FairEntry logo will appear on all screens. Green You can “Sign-Out” at any time. When you come back in click on “Continue work on this”. Next screen will show the “progress bar”. Click on the area (Entries or Payment) to continue with process.

This is the screen you will get when you log-in to FairEntry and your submitted invoice has been approved. You can “Begin work on a new invoice”. You can start a new invoice. To view your entries you need to view each invoice separate. As of now I don’t believe you can print all of them at once.

After the fair registration is closed, you will be able to log-in. The first screen will let you click on “create entry” but when it goes to the next screen it will indicate that “Registration is not open” on the list of Departments and will not allow you to select a Department. You will also see registration is closed if a class is unavailable. “Registration is not open”

Here are examples of the emails you should receive: The first one “thanks” you for registering. The second one lets you know it was “approved”. The third email is when an invoice “has issues”. 123 Indicates what the issue is. Part of registration approved Prompts you to sign-in and fix the issue.

This is the screen you will get when you log-in to fix the issue. If you did want to be in a “team” demonstration then you would need to add the class and continue to payment. You can not delete the “individual” class. If you click on “Details” it will expand to show you the class that had the issue.

for your patience and willingness to get involved with this pilot testing! If you have any questions during your registration process, please call the Extension Office at 952-466-5300. We are here to help you!
