Requirements to be a petitioning group:  Recruit at least 5 student members  Present orientations to students & advisors  Obtain a campus mailing address  Sign acknowledgement of APO policies  Collect a fee of $25 per person  Submit Petitioning Group Application and fees to the National Office  Hold petitioning ceremony once approved
