GOAL All students will be proficient in reading and writing by 2014. What group of students is targeted with this goal: All students in grades 6-12

Objective 1 Teachers will administer writing prompts twice a year and provide feedback to evaluate and improve persuasive writing skills.

Objective 2 Teachers will increase access, time, and authentic purpose of informational texts in lessons in order to improve reading comprehension.
