4 Overall aims Accelerate progress against the TB epidemic by promoting full funding and implementation of the Global Plan to Stop TB 2006-2015 in the WHO’s European region The Partnership works to: Provide access for all - to effective diagnosis, treatment and cure of TB Reduce the social and economic impact of TB Guarantee support for research and development of new tools

5 Ten point action plan 1. Support the WHO Ministerial Forum 2. World TB Day event - European Parliament; 3. Map services/resources 4. Increase participation of civil society 5. Develop a media campaign 6. Scale up media coverage of TB 7. Broaden member base 8. Best practice models for TB control 9. Engage Euro & national decision-makers 10. Collaborate with HIV/AIDS and other stakeholders
