How many budgets did each department or agency propose? What are the differences between these 3 budgets? What are the president’s administrative priorities? What role might these priorities plan in creating your spending plan? What is the president’s main concern for the spending plan to be submitted to Congress?

You must visit each station at least once, but you may revisit as much as you like USE A PENCIL!!! To complete your spending plans(pg 10). Change is eminent. Add up your budget AFTER you have visited each of the 6 stations. Once you & your partner AGREE, write a letter to the president explaining your proposed plan and an explanation for your choices.(pg 11)

What challenges did you face in creating your spending plan? What are the benefits and consequences of cutting expenditures to balance the budget? What other options does the federal government have? Do you feel the federal government budget and spends your tax dollars wisely? Why or why not?
