Not many facilities focused on aiding those in need. Perhaps because of the lack of those in need in this community? Also lack of culturally diverse opportunities. High emphasis on wineries- how does this affect teens? Is it like Europe where if you are always brought up with it its not a big deal? Or does it introduce them to this too early in life?
