2.  This discussion is an effort to guide CAs to identify ways and means to market their expertise and learn the art of selling. CASA- North is arranging this discussion on popular demand of CAs students as being technically very sound but lack in various areas. One of such area is communication. Communication is most important tool to market our self. The panel of experts will help us to communicate our expertise properly. The panel will share their experience of short listing and interview issues faced by CAs. That will help us to learn the art of CVs development and interview skills along with what can help us to adjust in new job/ work environment. Introduction to the Workshop

3.   Mr. Iftikhar Taj Mian, FCA Mr. Iftikhar Taj has worked in Industry for 25 years at various management positions including COO and Director. His last job was Director Business Consulting at Netsol Technologies Ltd. He is also working on various committees of ICAP for last 25 years. Currently he is member of PAIB, IT and ETCOM. Currently he started his own Knowledge Consulting in the specialized area of Corporate and Family Governance. He is also conducting corporate trainings particularly for Directors Training Program of ICAP. Currently, he is President of Chartered Accountants Toastmasters Club, Lahore and first ICAP member who achieved the recognition of Distinguished Toastmaster. He is keen Golfer and a natural mentor.  Mr. Faisal Masood Afzal, FCA Faisal Masood Afzal is a fellow member of Institute of chartered accountants of Pakistan. He has diversified experience of more than 18 years with various national and multinational companies (Zahid gee textile, Sitara group of industries and Varioline intercool) at senior management positions including CFO and COO. Completing his articles from Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu, he has served Textile, Engineering, real estate and service sector companies. He is also a founding member and VP Membership of CA toastmaster club – Lahore, an affiliate of toastmaster international - USA.
