Bringing Two Systems Together to Bridge the Gap Childcare Referral and Training Agency Early Childhood Mental Health Collaborative Consultation Team Brings Existing Relationships with Childcare Programs, Expertise in Training and Technical Assistance Brings Expertise in Child Development, Working with Families with Complex Needs, Structured Observation and Intervention Planning A Collaborative Team that can think outside the box and provide expert and multi-disciplinary assistance to parents and childcare programs through one seamless and efficient process.

3. At Risk Child is Identified Consultation Team goes to the childcare program, meets with parents, teachers, administrators, observes child, forms Action Team Action Team (Parent, Teachers, Childcare staff, Consultant) Develop Implement an Intervention Plan
