Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Early interventions with very young children (birth to 6 years of age) at risk of experiencing serious emotional disturbances (SED) or for those children already diagnosed with an SED Project outcomes focus on the number of youth intervened upon, maintenance of their placement at their site and who remain in their home setting, as well as the impact on improving their lives

Bringing Two Systems Together to Bridge the Gap Childcare Referral and Training Agency Early Childhood Mental Health Collaborative Consultation Team Brings Existing Relationships with Childcare Programs, Expertise in Training and Technical Assistance Brings Expertise in Child Development, Working with Families with Complex Needs, Structured Observation and Intervention Planning A Collaborative Team that can think outside the box and provide expert and multi-disciplinary assistance to parents and childcare programs through one seamless and efficient process.

At Risk Child is Identified Consultation Team goes to the childcare program, meets with parents, teachers, administrators, observes child, forms Action Team Action Team (Parent, Teachers, Childcare staff, Consultant) Develop Implement an Intervention Plan
