Final Project Please select one topic from any of the nine course units and readings. Culture Deviant behavior Gender Social class Race/ethnicity Discrimination Etc… THEN…Describe how this topic is treated in media.

Final Project Yes, you may combine different forms of media to examine your issue. TV and the Internet Movies and Magazines Music and the nightly news For example, you may choose the topic of race and racism in society to show how this issue is expressed on TV shows and the nightly news.

800 to 1000-word (with a word count on the title page) Title page A properly formatted reference page. APA-formatted formal essay YOU MUST make specific reference to our textbook with citations and references. Points will be deducted otherwise!

Final Project !!Beware!! Your paper will be check for originality with state-of-the-art plagiarism checking software – use your own words and ideas! Support your thoughts with citations and references to course materials and external sources. Quote sparingly… and always use “quotation marks” for word-for-word passages! Guideline: 2-4 quotations in a brief paper – 1-2 sentences each quote.
