4. Stand up Straight How would you feel? How would the bully feel?

5. Look the bully in the eyes How would you feel? How would the bully feel?

6. Walk away without saying a word How would you feel? How would the bully feel?

8. Take a deep breath and say ‘No!’ very loudly NO! How would you feel? How would the bully feel?

9. PRACTISE EACH DAY Stand up straight, in front of a mirror Look at your eyes – make them look stern Say ‘NO!’ really loudly NO!

10. Practise things you could say to the bully Don’t bully me! Go away! Leave me alone!

11. Speak firmly to the bully How do you feel now? How is the bully feeling? Don’t bully me! Go away! Leave me alone!
