Dates July 26-27- Pick up materials at Howey Testing Office July 28- Test Administration/Return materials to Howey Testing Office before 2:00 for results on July 29 (last day of camp) July 29 - Results to Schools- if returned by 2:00 on July 28

Student Info On blank Student Pre-ID Sheet (hand grid) 1. Student ID Number 2. Name 3. Grade Write in all information in box at top of page (for all students) Print student & school names on test bookletsno bubbling (for all students)

ADMINISTERING THE TEST Follow manualSpecific Instructions for Administering beginning on p.12. Allow all students to finish

During Testing Do not let students fold the booklets Do not allow eating of candy (pages stick and cannot be scored) Do not allow students to mark on the timing tracks on each page (black hash marks on the right side of each page)

PACKING - Prepare a blue Student ID Header -Place blue Student ID Headers on the FRONT (colorful side) of each students test book with black timing marks on the side of each document facing right

PACKING -Place one purple School Header bubble sheet on the top of the stack (make sure grade, school name, number of documents, and teacher name on back are bubbled) -Band stacks with paper bands -Place To Be Scored stacks on top of unused materials

RESULTS Delivered to schools on July 29- IF materials were returned by 2:00 on July 28 45 PASSING SCORE: 45

SECURITY Use sign-out sheet when distributing materials Keep materials in locked storage when not in use Keep manuals on campus at all times
