2. Topography The North region has many Indians and has physical features such as the Guiana highlands and the Amazon highlands.

3. Climate The Climate is warm and rainy. The rain benefits the crop growth. The North region is in the lower latitude.

4. Natural Vegetation Vegetation in the north region is the rain forest which provides herbs and food. Also trees so the rain forest has no abundance of plants.

5. Soils The soils in the North Region are low fertility and acidic with few nutrients The soil can grow crops but the soil after years get bad and are useless after time.

6. Land Use The use for land is timber from the rainforest. There is lots of mining in the region. But much of the savanna is being cleared away.
