Past Performance con’t March 22, 2010  DIO Chief Counsel  SCE documented current processes to support expansion of the agency’s capabilities for the discovery of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) to support Chief Counsel’s Litigation and Hold process.  We conducted interviews and knowledge sharing sessions for DIOs and their staff; and prepared process flow diagrams, ESC briefing packages, and a final report detailing process gaps, areas in need of improvement and recommendations.
