7 Requirements Please be aware that U.S. Department of Education requires that Oregon review its performance levels for all grades in the content areas of Mathematics, Reading/Literature and Science. These performance levels will be adopted by the State Board by February, 2007 and will be applied retroactively to all tests administered during the 2006-2007 school year. A school may therefore have more students designated as "Not Yet Met" after this review occurs.
