Scope Install electromagnetic meters (mostly) + telemetry + solar power ~700 sites in Upper Murray Valley ~600 sites in Murrumbidgee Valley Data forwarded to NOW and SWC

Challenge 1: Early Planning Align stakeholder expectations Scope the practical challenges in detail Integrate two projects into a single contract Ensure legislative backing (installing meters into private infrastructure) Collect extensive site data Prepare project plan

Challenge 2: Procurement Appoint Managing Contractor Draft the meter specifications and establish supply contracts.

Challenge 3: Detailed Planning Site data proofing Prepare concept designs Identify resource requirements WHS, QA and Environmental assessment procedures Prepare a work schedule Establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price Review and approve

Challenge 4: Implementation Landholder consultation Appoint subcontractors Site variability (!) Buried sites (unable to inspect prior) Clarity in specifications for installers Consistency in subcontractor outputs (QA)
