What is BMI? Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. The higher the BMI the more at risk the person is for having health problems. BMI <25 is normal.

Impact of Exercise on Weight

Why exercise? The more you exercise the healthier you’ll be. Statistics show that the more that exercise the higher the percentage of not being obese. Workouts do not have to be strenuous, everyone is different. Do what works for you. Stay fit and stay healthy!

Risk factors People with a higher BMI are at a higher risk of have diabetes If younger children are overweight they have a higher risk of becoming obese and getting diabetes

Obesity is Increasing People who are NOT obese is decreasing. This means that the people who are overweight is increasing.
