6.  No booth capturing/violence  19,473 bottles of Liquors, 14,6661 posters, 9,000 handbills, 1,560 mufflers, 2,77,225 flags, 2,004 Caps, 100 T-shirts, 100 scarfs, 3,131 manifestos and 1,000 stickers have been seized by Police teams. A total of 2151 vehicles were challaned, with a collection of over 3 Lakhs rupees as fine for the government treasury. 25 cases of Defacement of Public Property Act along with other cases were registered to book defaulters.  Enforcement without discrimination  Publicity of activities in MCC days helped  Boosted the morale of the teams  Won the confidence of the voters  Level playing field

7.  Geopolitical setting of the State  Diversity of tribes make it vulnerable  Trust in the machinery creates the conditions for better governance
