Main objectives for the Modernization of the Educative Management Improve the processes of Management through a General reconstruction of the Educative System, taking the educative centers like point to begin with. To implement a process of administrative decentralization, according to settles down in the General Law of Education 66-97. To take advantage of the benefits offered by the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), to support the objectives before mentioned.

More than 8,000 installed computers in more than 418 computer labs. From those 418 computer labs, more than 150 with internet access. Installed 7 computers Classrooms of Video Conference 500.000 direct users benefited.
