4 Employee Engagement  Employment engagement refers to the extent the employee feels himself attached to the organisation.  Here we can see a good proportion of attachment of employees towards the company.  This keeps them motivated to work towards the success of company goals. 9/2/2013Abhishek Bajoria-ACL-II

5 Performance Management  Performance management is related to alignment of company goals with the employee work.  Here it can be seen the integration is such that the organisation goals are in line with the work performed by employees.  Work is divided in an efficient manner. 9/2/2013Abhishek Bajoria-ACL-II

6 Career Planning  It refers to the personal growth of the employees.  The employees are given important trainings and workshops are held so that it helps them to grow and develop.  They help the employees to stay updated so that they do not lag behind others. 9/2/2013Abhishek Bajoria-ACL-II

7 Succession Planning  Employees when given training taking care of retirement of senior personnel which then needs to be replaced.  The seniors also in a proper way help the employees in this matter which makes a very good environment and helps learning better. 9/2/2013Abhishek Bajoria-ACL-II
