Handling Coaches Be respectful at all times. – "Neither Seek Nor Avoid"-What one says-or doesn't say can often be the difference between a smooth flowing game and a game in which the end result is a postgame trip to the laptop to fill out an ejection report. – Top officials use technicals or ejections as a last resort while others use them as a weapon. – Don't go into pregame and make a promise.
