ADMISSIONS CRITERIA Holistic, comprehensive and individualized review process Six primary factors High school grades ACT or SAT Rigor of Curriculum AP, IB and/or Honors courses are strongly encouraged A rigorous senior-year schedule is imperative! DEADLINES Early Action (EA) vs. Regular Decision All UM decisions are non-binding EA guarantees applicants to LSA, Engineering, Nursing, Art & Design, Architecture, or Kinesiology a decision by December 24 Applicants to School of Music, Theatre & Dance must apply by December 1st Early Action: November 1, 2012 Decision released no later than Dec 24, 2012 No extra consideration is given to Early Action applicants Regular: February 1, 2013 Students may apply as early as they would like Students can expect a decision no later than early April
