Paragraph 2: Eating healthy is very important, and I can help keep your body fit. (Topic Sentence) First off, I have a lot of Vitamin C, which helps you fight off disease. In addition, I am low in sodium, cholesterol, and fat. This means I am a heart-healthy food. Finally, I also am a good source of dietary fiber, which is another nutrient that keeps your heart healthy.

Paragraph 3: Not only am I good for you – but I taste good, too! (Topic Sentence) One good way to serve me is as a part of a veggie kabob. Start with mushrooms and red peppers, and a low fat Italian dressing marinade. Then grill us to perfection – yum! Another good way to eat me is to simply bake me in the oven after putting a bit of olive oil for extra flavor.
