DOS of the Year At least one year of service Excellent Attendance Community involvement Assist within the HP Family Reporting completed on time Good Work Ethic Increase in Occupancy, ADR, and or Revpar for the year (Performance) Meets Goals and Expectations for DOS Sales Coordinator of the year award At least one year of Service with your hotel Excellent attendance Telemarketing calls meet expectations and goals for Coordinators Performs outside sales calls with DOS Reporting Completed on time Good Work Ethic Increase in overall revpar index and f&b department revenue Work well with DOS and add value to the sales team Could be eligible for promotion to DOS
